WitnessWeb makes it possible for you to have your own "custom" web site without the need to know web site programming or having any special programs. Our WitnessWeb application resides completely on OUR servers, you DO NOT need any special software to take advantage of the WitnessWeb application features.

The WitnessWeb application accomplishes this by providing a database driven web site for its users. We install the empty database on our servers and you use your web browser, i.e. Netscape or Internet Explorer, to provide the information for the database. Our WitnessWeb application web site maintenance pages have full online instructions for all operations. Once your information is entered your web site is live!
Each Church or other organization using the WitnessWeb application has its own private database which is accessed through a private, PASSWORD PROTECTED maintenance area. Your information is YOUR information! Other than the database of Scripture Passages which is provided by WitnessWeb there is NO sharing or crossover of data.

Wherever possible the WitnessWeb application takes advantage of "copy and paste" technology. What this means is that if you have a document, i.e. weekly bulletin, prepared in a word processor, whether on a PC or MAC, you can highlight and copy the entire document from your word processor and paste it directly into your web site. Once pasted the document becomes immediately available on your web site!
Even uploading photos or other graphics for display on your web site is accomplished via your web browser! There is no need to use an FTP program to move your files onto your web site. ALL file uploading, even to the area made availabe for downloads of your bulletins, news letters, etc. is done via your web browser.

Once you've used the WitnessWeb application maintenance pages to enter the information you want to display on your web site it's immediately available to those who visit. Your word is there NOW, no need to wait for a web programmer to fit you into a busy schedule!
Should you find that you'd like to make modifications or corrections to previously entered data the WitnessWeb application makes such changes easy by using the EDIT and DELETE functions built into each of the maintenance pages. You can even add or delete the images displayed on your mail page. WitnessWeb even allows you to make the main page photos "static" or "dynamic" by allowing them to "rotate" at random among a number of photos you have uploaded via your web browser and our WitnessWeb application.

Our WitnessWeb application makes it easy to have your own online Photo Album like the one pictured at the right. This Photo Album feature allows you to have up to 15 "clickable" thumbnails on each page and there is no limit to the number of pages you can have in your Photo Album. These thumbnails can be accompanied by a unique caption and short description of the photo contents. When a visitor "clicks" on a thumbnail the full size photo will display in a new browser window.
The full size photo is also accompanied by a caption and can have a larger, more detailed explanation of the photo contents.
As with the illustrations on the Main Page of your site all of the Photo Album images are uploaded via your web browser, i.e. Netscape or Internet Explorer. Our WitnessWeb application Photo Album maintenacne page "walks" you right through the entire operation!
