WitnessWeb is a group that provides Christian web site hosting, design, email, and other Internet related services.
Our WitnessWeb application is an online web site builder "program" designed for Churches and other Christian organizations who want to have an Internet presence and who want the ability to create and maintain a web site without the need to know HTML, database, etc. programming.
We at WitnessWeb set out to develop a simple, straightforward application that would allow its users to build and maintain a dynamic web site without the need for any special programming skills. The WitnessWeb application makes use of database technology to provide all of your web site "information". The WitnessWeb application is operated as a "server side" application that does not require any special programs or plug-ins for visitors to your web site.

FASTER, EASIER PHOTO UPLOADS!
We've just installed a new graphics server that will make uploading photos and other graphics to your web site a snap!
The new graphics server automatically generates the correct size image depending on the placement withing your web site. The new server is now handling all images other than those for the Photo Albums. The Photo Album images will be added to the graphics server very soon.
Once the Photo Album images are added to the graphics server the server will automatically generate both the thumbnail and the fill size images! There will be no need for you to presize your images prior to uploading!

BENEVOLENCE MANAGEMENT AND TRACKING FUNCTION
If your church or congregation is one that provided direct aid to those who request it, the Benevolence Management and Tracking function may be of interest to you.
Our Benevolence Management and Tracking function makes available to you a dynamic database of those who have received aid from those churches and congregations who use this service. The Benevolence Management and Tracking helps to control the providing of aid to those individuals who "hop" from one organization to another asking for aid in the form of cash or other media by keeping a record of past aid disbursements.
We expect to have our Benevolence Management and Tracking function available by the end of March, 2004.

NEW PARAMETER ADDED TO THE NEWS / ANNOUNCEMENTS DATABASE
In response to several requests we've added the ability to set the display priority of news/announcement items that display on the Main Page of your web site. The priority is set with a numeric value, the higher the number the higher the news item will display.
All WitnessWeb user databases and News/Announcement maintenance pages have been updated to use this new parameter.
